"Employees and owners at this location act like they have a sudden language barrier whenever customers mention redeeming Subway MyWay Rewards, but everything's cool when it's time to take customers' money. Also, they're real skimp when customers ask for extra amounts of free toppings. Factually, Publix subs have always been so much better in quality and taste. Plus, Publix honors any legitimate special promotions, discounts, etc. The Publix Deli down the street at 2720 E Ponce de Leon Avenue has great customer service, along with any other Publix Delis I visit. Yesterday, I would've preferred going to Publix, but a family member wanted Subway. I'm over Subway altogether, hadn't even been to one in so long since today and will delete my Subway MyWay Rewards account because rewards are rarely honored. If I'm not making my own subs at home, I'm only buying them from Publix, no exceptions. "I am giving this location 5 stars within the context of "quick sandwich shop". Subway, in general, is not going change your life with the quality of their sandwiches but this location is very quick, clean, and efficient for a shop in this class. I've gone to this location many times without issue."

"Wouldn't accept my coupon, which I can understand. I've been in business where I had to turn down customers. But don't wave your hand at me and tell me that I'll have to go to "a slower Subway." It was pretty rude. Rather, apologize for the disappoinment, offer an alternative (especially since we'd already made up two sandwiches), and in the future put up an obvious sign explaining the policy before we get to the end of the process. Much respect for any business doing so well, but the execution was lacking. This was my second time at this location, but there won't be a third."
