"I decided to pregame and hit up Popeye's because it's Popeyes. All I ordered was six ghost pepper wings but I received six wings and a side of male hair. I'm a 4C AA female so it definitely wasn't mine. This literally ruined my vibe."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. My husband ordered 3- 2 piece dark meals with red beans, 2 shrimp baskets, and 1 chicken nugget basket. He said the lady at the window taking his order was very rude and told him to pull up and wait for his order, which he did. Now, I am a firm believer in checking my order before I leave because hey, we are all human, and people make mistakes, but he was in a rush to get back home to work so he didn't. Anyways, once he got back, we noticed that in all of our boxes was a breast. We had 1 box with a breast and a leg and 2 boxes with a breast and thigh. In my household, if we are choosing fried food, our family prefers dark meat. But it was severely overcooked and not even edible. The shrimp basket was more batter than shrimp. The red beans were not even half filled with a little rice and more sauce than beans. Oh and to top it off when my husband called back to speak with a manager just to let them know what they did wrong he was adamant that he should check the receipt to see what was put on there. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but what difference does it make to look at the receipt when we know what we ordered? But still, we complied, and when he went to grab the receipt from the car, the manager hung up. Seriously, no joke just hung up, mid conversation. We tried to call back thinking it was an accident because surely no one in management would treat their customers like this, but there no answer. So I guess it was not accidental. NEVER HAVE WE EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH DISRESPECT WHEN SPENDING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT A BUSINESS. DO BETTER POPEYES!! Please choose your staff wisely. If management can't fix an error in the proper way, then maybe promote someone who can. I'm just saying. My husband wanted to drive back there to have a talk in person, but I told him not to waste his time. If people are that disrespectful at an establishment, there is no use in getting worked up thinking you can make a difference. Just add it to a small list of places we will never visit again. Don't have time for attitudes. We just want to eat good food. Sharpsburg location has been much better. We should have gone there."

"I arrived at this drive through about 25min ago as the second person in line. I was asked to "Pull up" and it's been about 15min of just sitting here. I only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches."

"I had a good overall experience at this location. The food was nice and hot right around lunch time. I decided to bypass all of the other quick service options and go here because of the lack of congestion. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. It wasn't busy during the time I went.They have a doorbell sound whenever someone comes in the front door. They make sure to greet everyone that comes in. I just love the Mac and cheese!"
