"Great food and excellent service. Needs a little cleaning up done, specially the bathroom but we still had a great time. The Brussels sprouts are so delicious!! My son guzzled down the chocolate milk. Our server, Melanny, was very friendly and in good spirits!"

"You know that if I'm rating a restaurant a ONE, That it has to be absolute atrocious. This Taco Mac is a terrible location. I went once and everything was bad. So I thought I'd try again a few months later. Guess what. It's still terrible. First. We walk in. There's a small wait. No big deal. Where everything went wrong is that there were multiple hostesses who weren't communicating with each other. My group was a party of two. A party of three comes in and were immediately seated first. Then a table of two comes in and they are immediately seated. After protest, another hostess comes over and then we're seated. No apologies. Second. We waited over forty minutes for our food. The restaurant wasn't THAT busy. Third. The food arrived cold and WRONG. AND HAD TO BE REMADE. Which by that point, I was over it. Box up my food and get me out of here. I made some comments to the server on regards to our experience. Did she get a manager involved? No. She dropped the check and walked away... Which by the way had food on it that we ordered and never received. After getting the bill corrected, a manager still did not get involved. I paid the bill. And left. It was terrible. Attached is allegedly a photo of a chicken Philly. You be the judge."

"We usually love coming here, food is usually really good. However, I ordered the chopped salad. It came out as lettuce and just rubbery chicken. I sent it back (I don't think I have ever sent something back) saying this doesn't look anything like the advertisement. There was NO bacon, no bell peppers, no celery, nothing as advertised. The image below is the "fixed" version ... I couldn't believe it! I sent it back and got boneless wings instead. Attached is a picture of advertisement, and what I got."
