"I placed a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 11:20am I showed up at 11:25am and they didn't even make it. After waiting 20 minutes I came back in they forgot my wings so I had to wait another 8 minutes. So after placing a mobile order and waiting 30 minutes there was not one apology or acknowledgment of the issue at all. Once I open my pizza you could see it was cut in a rush, I no longer wanted to wait so I just left."
"I've ordered from them for years. Last two times the pizza is 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time and barely warm. Too expensive to be cold upon arrival."
"This was a walk-in order. I was greeted right away. The staff in back seemed to be working well and efficiently together. I was quoted 15 minutes and my order was ready within that time. Both pizzas were put together and baked well and quite tasty. A plus is they were cut all the way through, making it easy to pull the pieces apart."
"Ordered a pizza tonight and this is what I was given. It's supposed to be half ground beef half cheese. As you can see, it looks like they threw the ingredients on my pizza. I called to request another pizza as well as some type of compensation for the poor service and inconvenience. The manager was rude and told me that "Your comp is me making you another pizza". I ended up requesting a refund. I haven't seen my refund on my debit card yet, but I'll check in a few days. Customer service is sooooo bad nowadays. I had a customer service complaint toward this same store 4 years ago."
