"Very happy with my experience at domino’s pizza, 12 Washington, Newnan. Haven’t had domino’s in a few years. Ordered online, picked up at their store, very nice young lady greeted me, took my order number down, order was ready, pizzas looked great, was thanked for ordering. Pizzas were delicious, my compliments to the chef/cook/kitchen staff. Based on my experience on 29Jan2024, I will order and be back! The manager should be proud of the staff working there tonight."
"Not a huge deal forgetting sauce. Does suck when u don’t dine in so u can’t just ask for it. Well second time in a row sauce was forgotten. First time we bought extra sauce and didn’t receive any. Called no big deal said they would credit a couple of dollars to account. Great. Tonight didn’t order extra but once again forgot. Called and manager said they don’t really have a way to “add” a credit to an account. Thought that was odd began to say something and she hung up. Tried to call back but they wouldn’t answer or pick up when transferred."
"I've never succeeded anywhere on this app!! I end up having to just stop what I'm doing after placing the order and after putting all my information in because it's always an error and then the price changes when I have to stop doing that and call the store and then the coupons are not right when I call the store and even though I've ordered for years at the same place they don't even have me on file. I love the food but I despise the app!!"
"Every time we order from this location we have to re-cut the pizza because only the cheese has been cut, not the bread beneath. It’s ridiculous that they can’t effectively cut a pizza. Ever."
