"Just ordered pizza for me & my family & after eating one slice we were all throwing up & running for the toilet running from both ends of our bodies. I work in food safety so either they are using expired product or proper food safety measures are not being met ."
"Order from here, and if you don't order a basic pizza do not expect it to be right. Not only was my order wrong, the manager acted perturbed that instead of a credit I wanted what I ordered originally. This was only made worse by the 2nd, replacement order was also wrong. The order that I entered into the website had the wrong ingredients, twice in the same night. Accidents happen, but sometimes it's just not paying attention to the little things, and those little things matter, and add up."

"I ordered a pizza and they couldn't tell me where it was as it was running late. I then drove to go pick it up and while I was there at the store it was being delivered. It was Ice Cold. Nothing was offered for my issues. Pizza hut for now on. Good thing I have a microwave."
"The customer service at the store is the WORST. If I could give negative stars I would! The first pic is the pizza delivery with the seal broken. I called the restaurant and told them the seal was broken and requested another pizza. They preceded to send another pizza pictured in the second pic. 22 seals in total on the box. And they really think I’m going to eat the pizza. I went to the store the next day to return the pizzas and the person at the register tried not to laugh when I explained what happened. Disgusting service! Will never order from them again. Their corporate office was supposed to contact me and they never did. Terrible customer service."
