"The place was empty , it took almost 45 mins to get food for 5 people , the food came out before the drinks , the silver ware was dirty , the tables were dirty . They tried to charge me 3 extra dollars for a Pablano pepper that suppose to come with the meal , I refused to pay for it but the lady brings out a pepper still and it was the wrong pepper .. seem like it was an attitude towards us from the things we complained about but we definitely will not be visiting this location again , 113 dollars spent for nothing"
"I ordered take out. I had a kid's funny face and 3 orders of the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. I looked in the bag and saw that the food didn't have the toppings on them. The waitress told me "I put all the whipped cream and stuff in that little white bag in there." I didn't check because it sounded like she knew she did it. I get home, 20 minutes away, and THERE IS NO WHIPPED CREAM. The 1 specific thing she listed in the bag, was non existent. I was so mad I took her word for it. The staff was all very nice, my only issue was being given misinformation and them forgetting items."

"Stopped here for breakfast Ordered the biscuits and gravy and it tasted like disappointment. Such a small cup half full of gravy that was thin as water, lumpy and disgusting. Hash browns were undercooked as well. When I mentioned it to the waitress Crystal, her grumpy face looked at me and said “yeah, it is gross”. Thanks for the heads up when we ordered it! The place was clean, prompt service and typical, unfortunately the food was terrible as the service was lacking also."
"Good food as always IHOP: Terrible management. 30 minutes wait to sit, once sitted, server did not come to greed us until roughly 10 minutes later. Once I placed my order and received my drinks, I did not see my server again for 45 minutes. No water, no drinks left, no napkins. Terrible service. At this point, I even attempted to call the attention of another server as mine was nowhere to be seen and she ignored my calls. Then the table next to me sees my frustration and stated that his Server hasn't been around his table for 20mins after he got drinks. This isn't a server issue, This is a management issue. An entire section of the restaurant frustrated over the service and not a single person came by to ask how is everything going as a manager who cares for customer service."
