"The drive thru is good. They are decently quick from order take time to getting to the window usually and the speakers can clearly hear the customer's order being relayed thru it. The drive thru window attendants are friendly and upbeat:) What's ordered is all in the bag when leaving the drive thru after paying. Good feeling knowing the food is fresh and tasty when arriving home to enjoy it.:)"

"I waited 43 minutes in the drive through line. I'm not exaggerating it was from 5:40-6:23 p.m. The way the drive through is designed you have no choice but to stick it out once you are in it. The lady at the window was basically like sorry for your luck... she offered no sort of retribution for my wait. I ended up missing most of my engagement due to this. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! You will wait an hour for a mediocre taco. Honestly being quick is all you had going for you... now you don't have that either. I will go sit down somewhere next time instead."

"Absolute trash. Might as well shut it down. Constant 20-30 minute wait times. Just sat at the mobile order drive thru line for about 7 minutes. Said “hello?” 3 times and was never answered so I drove up to the window (of course it took about 20 minutes to get to the window anyways). Once I got up to the window, they asked me if I had a mobile order and asked my name. They check their system and tell me they don’t see my order in their system at all and asked me to come inside because it might be on their counter. I come inside and there are two bags on the counter, none of which were mine, and about 5 people also waiting in the lobby. Mind you, there were two people working the window. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want Taco Bell, I’d highly suggest going to the one on E Main Street. Much better service. Much faster."

"Been in drive through line for 20 min (no joke) and I’m still not at the window to get my food. I could get faster service in a sit and eat establishment. First/last time to come here."

"A waste of money. Poor service. The little girls that was working was so rude. I was asked is that all for my order which I wasn’t done ordering an got ignored, after I received my food. Look like someone pour water in all the tacos. They were soooooo soggy my children didn’t want to eat them."
