"My waiter Rebekah was so good! She was so friendly and so helpful. I had never been to Cook Out before, and had trouble reading the menu, and she dedicated 5 minutes of her time to reading it to me. The food was very good as well. My son loved it as well. We WILL be coming back!!"
"I haven't had an issue with this establishment at all so far! The food amazing, it's always fresh when I go and the burgers taste genuinely immaculate! If any side you want to try, get the cheddar bites they are my favorite side with cookout sauce!!"
"The service was great. The cashier was helpful and patient. The food wasn't expensive and it was good. It was clean in the dining room, and the music was not overbearing or inappropriate."
"Great food, but check your orders before you leave especially if it’s late afternoon or early early mornings. They will give you anything to get you out the drive thur line. Good about fixing what they mess up though. Great place just needs to work on order accuracy"
"I have worked in a fast food restaurant before, so I know how stressful and draining it can be. Although it is stressful I have never been rude to customers, especially ones that were never being rude in the first place. They were out of many sauces including the one I asked for, so I tried asking my cashier (Ry’maya) about another sauce. I was surprised when she just said “What sauce do you want” in a very disrespectful manner. I was completely surprised since I just asked a question and in no way was trying to be rude, and after that I just my food and left."
