"Do not call up to this location. Sat in hold for 10 minutes. When I arrived (still on hold) it took a few minutes for someone to come to the front while another employee sat on his phone yelling at someone. As I waited for our food the same employee sat there talking into his phone while the other people worked around him. Just an overall bad experience and very unprofessional look."
"Food was greasy and no pepperoni on the magnifico pizza. Awful."
"We ordered a pizza, salad and a sub on the app. Got a notice that our food was ready so we came and only the pizza was ready so we waited for the salad and sandwich to be done. We checked in with them at 15, 30 and 45 minutes and were told our food was being made. After we came inside we found that no one was making the sandwich was promised nor the salad and lots of orders were going out after ours. It wasn’t until we went inside and were ignored at first and showed our frustration that someone even bothered to make the rest of our order. When we finally got our order our pizza was cold and we had to reheat it at home and there was no effort to apologize or own up to forgetting our order. So if you want to order a pizza or baked item, you should be good. Do not order sub sandwiches from them. This is the second time our order has been severely delayed because of the sandwich. We won’t be returning."
"We always love Marcos pizza from the Villa Rica location but tonight was a tremendous disappointment. It took over an hour to be delivered. When we finally got the pizzas they all 3 were barely warm. Worst of all not any of the pizza crust had risen properly and were flat and doughy. Definitely not worth the $55 it cost me!"
