"Driver rang door bell and left pizza on the ground and booked it to his car while ignoring my husband trying to get his attention. The order was completely wrong. We called and spoke to the manager who immediately had an attitude. She agreed to have the order remade and sent back to us and when asked for an estimated arrival time she responded “well it’s Friday night and it’s busy.” Order came another hour later, ice cold with the receipt from another customer still in the box. When we called the manager back about the situation she made excuses and then told us she did not have the district manager info and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service."
