Domino's Pizza

"Haven't had Domino's in about a year or so. Saw a recent special online and decided to order. The Carrollton location was very friendly and quick. I went in and the team did a great job and the pizza was delicious. Thank you and we will be ordering again soon"

"I placed an order here twice today, the first time was this evening and then the second time was like around 10 :30ish. They call me saying they can’t deliver to me cause I’m too far, and I ask ‘well are you guys not doing deliveries anymore?’ They say they are but not where I am. I’m six minutes away- Not sure how you can consider a six minute drive far. They then couldn’t get my address correct and called and asked for it this time it was a female. If y’all are lazy just say that and don’t waste people time and hard earned money. I did file a complaint and will hopefully hear back soon. Where I stay it’s not dangerous it’s very peaceful and it’s the fact the delivery driver didn’t even ring my doorbell or knock to let me know he dropped the order off he just ran away like he was being chased or did something wrong. The food was good so I guess y’all can get a hooray for that."

"Placed a curbside order because I had my newborn nephew and didn’t want to have to get him out the car. They never brought my order out so I went inside and the guy ask me my name with a horrible attitude and I tell him, I then tell him my order was for curbside pickup and he tells me he’s too busy to bring my order out. I say to him well you guys shouldn’t offer that service if you can’t do it and he starts yelling he’s not in the mood today! I’ll never order from here again because clearly y’all hire associates who doesn’t mind running off customers! Pizza always burnt and the building needs a make-over! Something told me to keep driving but it was on my way home. But never again!"

"Last few times ordering here have been pretty disappointing. I didn't write a review last time because everyone has bad days. This time the pizza came with huge spots of nothing but crust and no sauce or cheese. For the price I've been paying for domino's vs Marco's I might have to make the switch back to Marco's."

"I wouldn't feed this burnt up trash to my dog let alone to humans. As you can see I was on hold to them for 41 minutes trying to talk to someone to make my food right.no one ever answered. I only hung up because I was standing in the building and it only took me 8 minutes to drive there. They do not know how to follow directions.... They were asked to cut my pizza in pie slices and as you can see it was cut in squares. The dessert was overcooked as well! Do not eat at or from the Domino's on Bankhead Highway in Carrollton it is bad use of your good money."
