"This is not the first time. Pizza was ordered, ready in 10-15 minutes.. Went to pick up it’s been about an hour ( you would think it’s ready) get there and it’s not been made. The lady said it would be another 10-15 minutes. So now it’s been over an hour and a half, the pizza is still not ready. Truly this Pizza Hut is utterly ridiculous, this is maybe the 3rd time this has happened to us, not sure what is going on in that building but making pizza is not it! We will NOT be returning to this Pizza Hut nor any Pizza Hut. Taking our business elsewhere."
"Went in an ordered Cheese sticks. Was there almost an hour. When I did finally get the order it was garlic sticks. Had to wait longer. When I got the order and got home it was bread sticks. NO CHEESE ! I WILL NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN !!!!!!"
"On top of 30 minutes late it’s cold and barely thicker than a sheet of paper even though it’s the stuffed crust, glad I paid the extra to enjoy part of the order. Definitely ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut. Thanks for the attempt I guess. Coulda been worse, doesn’t make it great."
"Last time I tried to order the Lemon Pepper Wings they wasn't available but I finally got to try them tonight and they were very tasty! They seem to be prepared with a dry rub which tasted really good. I was a bit disappointed since they were out of The Personal Pan Pizzas for the kiddos so I ordered them something else that they chose. They were also out of the Ranch that is a necessity when ordering my wings. I settled for Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce which was 2nd best which was fine. The only thing missing was celery. I wish Pizza Hut would serve celery with their wings."
"The worst customer service along with the nastiest looking pizzas. The front cashier Jonathan is rude and lacks enough common sense and customer service skills to at least say just a moment if you have a line of customers inside and at the drive thru and on the phone with someone arguing about marinara sauce for 20 min. The manager Alexis is also rude and that's expected because the entire crew walks around slow like they have nothing to do on a Saturday. The lack of urgency, the lack of respect, the raggedy looking pizza, the horrible customer service obviously stems from their leadership who has no leadership skills. What a horrible experience and a waste of my time. Save your money and time and go to the other pizza hut."
