"I ordered the Black Angus club with the tomatoes and cucumber salad. It was absolutely delicious. The sandwich had a hint of horseradish which I love and it tastes very good. Service was quick and very friendly. The restaurant is clean and I will be returning to try other items on the menu."

"Great experience every time in, with friendly, gluten-knowledgable staff and lots of gluten-free options at reasonable prices. Menu items that are already gluten-free are prominently marked with a wheat icon, and staff has always been glad to substitute ingredients to make gluten-free versions of other items. Sandwiches, spuds, specialty teas and lemonades, and sometimes soups and desserts are among the gluten-free fare here. It also helps on the awareness and carefulness that the management has family who are celiac. Beyond the gluten thing, it's always clean and the staff is always attentive."

"A wonderful spot tucked in between an auto shop and a coffee nook. Ordering is simple. Just let the people behind you go ahead. So you can plan out what you want. No cluttered menu. Lots of options. Good size portions. I was pleased with this place. Different from the usual chicken sandwiches and burgers which are everywhere."

"Being that McAlister’s is my favorite deli, when I was in the Fort Oglethorpe area I decided to stop by vs my normal Hamilton Place spot. I did not regret it. That particular day was “free tea day,” so I indulged in my fave peach tea. It was on the borderline diabetic side as far as sweetness, but after adding some water, flavor was greatly appreciated. The service was good. Waitress was pleasant, speed of receiving my order was on point. Looking at the restaurant itself, clean, cool, and staff was friendly. Will definitely return."

"Such great food! Service was fast and friendly, and we love the homey atmosphere of the dining area. My favorite is the French dip sandwich with a generous helping of juicy beef, and a flaky bun toasted just right. The tortilla soup is excellent, nice and cheesy with just enough thickness that it also works as a dip. Also, the iced tea is always perfect. The loaded baked potato is HUGE and could probably make for two meals!"
