"This is the second time I have ordered the family meal deal, and the second time they have given me an abundance of fettuccine and spaghetti noodles, while being stingy on the sauces...even if they bothered to fill them to the top, it still wouldnt cover the noodles...the noodles feed 8 people, but not the sauces...I'm over it"
"Store hours 10:30am-10pm arrived at store just before 9pm. Young lady came from the back and said the lobby is closed. My husband about the hours posted on the door. Then he asked to speak to the manager he said well we haven’t had any customers in 2 hours so we decided to close the lobby. We explained that we live 20 miles away but still no service just said the drive thru is open."
"Ordered a pizza fix over the phone. Very efficient and pizza tasted great. Crunchy. Cheese pepperoni and mushrooms. Had to clarify my order. They thought I wanted 2 pizzas. One with cheese and one with pepperoni. But I wanted it all on one pie. With mushrooms. Happy because it was great. See for yourself."
"This location has improved recently. Still not back to the level it was at in its first few years. I was served quickly. The food was good and on clean dishes. The dining room could use more frequent cleaning and wipe the seats, too, not just the tables! There is one young lady who keeps it immaculate. I think she was off today. I had the loaded baked spaghetti. My new favorite!"
