"My wife and I were traveling to Florida. We stopped over at a Holiday Inn Express in Ringgold, Ga. We had a case of the munchies so we found the nearest Jersey Mike’s and called to order. An exceptionally nice, and very professional lady by the name of Beth, who helped walk us through downloading the Door Dash app. She took the time to walk us through placing our order process and stayed on the line till our order came through. Once it was there she said she had it and would get right on making it. She told us the order would probably be there a little after 9:00 pm. We received our order well before 9:00 pm from Door Dash Bradley. My wife’s cold sandwich was cold and my hot sandwich was nice and hot. The entire order was perfect as ordered and timely as well. "It was sad the way they treated us. There are food away. I I paid for online I got lost. I got there 2 minutes after they closed but they had already threw my food away And said you're late Jersey Mike's. At Fort Oglethorpe. I have nothing good to say about the night shift on Saturday night."
