"Out for Saturday date night. On our way to our table, I tripped on a corner of a carpet tile that had lifted up. I watched a few other people do the same. Appetizer was slow to arrive (11 minutes). My meal was the fish and chips. As I write this, I'm very disappointed with it. It tastes good, but my fish consisted of 3 pieces each not much bigger than a chicken nugget."

"With this being my first time eating at O'Charley's ever. Elizabeth is my favorite server. she went out of her way to make sure my fiance and myself were taken of. Also made her a pitcher strawberry lemonade & sweet tea mix. My Arnold palmer was made to perfection. The food was amazing. With pepper Jack wedges and the spinach artichoke dip as our appetizers. I ordered the patty melt, and my fiance ordered the steak and tenders."

"The chain must be severely suffering from lack of business. They have changed plates for the seafood combo, apparently; to hide the fact less food is served for a higher price. The two pieces of fish are now the size of what they previously sold as one piece, therefore; they are serving less than half as much fish in the combo as was previously served. For half of the price an individual can drive down the street to D's."

"Haven’t been to O’Charley’s in a while. Wish we had waited even longer. Meal started by sitting in something wet in the seat. Server didn’t really seem to care. Rolls were hard…might as well have been croutons. Server said the previous shift messed them up. Yet they still served them. Those rolls should have been put in the trash…not actually offered to customers. Food came out bad too. One meal was cold, the other meal was overcooked. I asked who the manager was but at no point did the manager attempt to come by and offer to correct the issues."

"I ordered the 12oz sirloin with cajun spice and butter.. I'm not sure what kind of meat it is but the texture was extremely smooth and did not resemble beef. The broccoli baked potato and the server was great but I won't be going back. I was unable to finish the steak because I got sick at my stomach looking at it."
