"Went through the drive thru around 10:20 pm. All I wanted was a BBQ tray with the Cole slaw on the side. This is what I got. The slaw was literally mixed in the pork. I had just left work and this should have been a good dinner. Thank you for ruining my food."
"If you are looking for pretty good food on a budget, then Cook Out is your best choice. The burgers are made your way, good , and filling. The shakes are thick and satisfying. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice visit all around!"
"These people cannot get my order right for nothing. I eat every night here every night they get my order wrong. I have complained multiple times I have talked to the general manager and the managers in the store. This place is getting ridiculous their customer Services awful. One time their burger was not done it was still red. A few days when I walked into the store. The manager that I talked to like he was on drugs. He was so confused that he could not comprehend. I gave up and walked out. I do not recommend this place to get your food at especially around eleven pm. They definitely need to hire some more responsible people."

"This location was very easy to access, and had a clean parking lot and dining area, as well as clean restrooms. We had a fairly large group, and still our food was accurate and ready in a reasonable time. The employees were all friendly, and the food was hot and fresh."
