Bojangles

"Saturday (2/17/24) at 12:20 pm, my boy was hungry and said he wanted Bojangles. We stopped by and got served decently speed wise. Got his meal and I parked in a spot to make sure he got what he was supposed to. Everything was in there food wise. No utensils. Don't know how you're supposed to eat mashed potatoes with gravy without utensils. So (since this location is pure drive-thru), I went back to the board/intercom and told them they left out the plasticware and that I needed some. They said drive around. I did so and sat there for 10 minutes and nothing. I go to the door and knock on it and the little girl opened the door and I asked for the plasticware. She said, "Oh, I though you were going through the drive-thru". I said, "I wasn't going to wait through the drive-thru again for some plasticware." She even told me to pull around and all they had to do was bring it out real fast and then go back in. She comes back to the door with a stack of napkins and 4 spork packets, hands them to me, walks off and she's walking off, I hear her say, "There happy!?" They didn't give me a receipt either. My little boy loves their mashed potatoes and sausage gravy, this time though, he said it tasted bad and he didn't finish it. Usually we love Bojangles, but not this day."

"Store opens at 5, I got there at 7 to a line of people waiting to place their orders. The employee inside wasn't answering the drive thru after about 10 minutes of waiting all 8 cars finally drove off once we realized they had no intention of serving us."

"Overall, great experience, good food, ok service. The only issue I had was I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit, that's it. The lady said drive around for your total. When I got to the window, she reached for the payment, and as she took my card she said that will be 12.83. Startled by such an expensive price for a biscuit. I said for just a biscuit?? She replied yep. I got my biscuit and left, bothered by it all day I couldn't believe it could be that much for a biscuit. I thought well maybe she needed a biscuit to lol. I checked with my bank to see how much was charged to my card because I was going to call the restaurant and let them know what happened. The bank showed only 5 dollars and something was charged, which matched the online price. Not sure why she said 12.83. I have since been back and had a very good experience. Very nice service and good food."

"This is a location where we’ve only order in the drive-through, and even though the service is friendly, it is also a little slow. About the food, I absolutely love the Cajun Chicken Biscuit and I order it every time. The size is perfect, the flavor is full, the chicken is juicy, and the biscuit is soft and buttery. I do recommend it!"
