"Customer service for the most part seems to be a thing of the past since the pandemic, being short staffed only goes so far then you either need to staff correctly or start closing stores that you cannot properly staff, on top of it all when did it become policy to only use half a slice of cheese when we pay extra for that cheese expecting a full piece?? I mean come on, food cost can't be that high and as much as the price of your food has went up I expect my food to be exactly what I expected and payed for"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! We ordered breakfast. They were out of OJ so they refunded us 2 drinks. They didnt give us two of our sandwiches. Then they "didn't realize" they were out of hashbrowns so they asked us to pull ahead. When I said well these (clearly old) hashbrowns are cold this employee flipped her lid and yelled well I'll give you new ones. We pulled ahead. They forgot to give us 2 of our drinks. When the lady brought out our food she basically threw it at my husband and when we asked about our drinks she screamed at us that she didn't know we weren't given our drinks. There was a very polite calm employee that brought us our drinks and she apologized. Our biscuits were hard. The two sausage burritos were stuck to the paper and were inedible. We were driving all night from Michigan. We spend $30!!! Just for breakfast. It was a complete waste of money! I do not recommend this McDonald's. That employees behavior frightened my kids. So much for southern hospitality."

"we were on the way home from a basketball game and we just wanted a quick dinner but as soon as we tried to order the worker stopped talking to us so we had to drive up to the first window and there was a worker(apparently on break)sitting in the window from the outside and the worker that was supposed to be getting our order had been talking to her so we finally got it order at the paying window and got our food. overall awful experience."

"Well, I do not go to McDonald's very often. Maybe once every 2-3 years. All I purchased was a large French fries. Remembering how delicious they were... well after spending over $4 for one large fries I was very disappointed that they were almost stale tasting and not very hot. Service was good, the people were friendly, but there is no passion for your job and it shows."
