"So, i normally dont give bad reviews unless ive had issues multiple times. This location just absolutely can not get it together. Family of 5. We were missing 3 things. One of the items that were missing they still could not get it right once we repeated what we were missing. Literally 3 nerds in a large nerd slush. Large tots that was maybe half way (amount of a small in a large carton). Bacon on the sandwich was so burnt it was ash. I could keep going. When is someone gonna actually learn how to properly correct these issues with this location? Absolutely horrible experience. If we had not checked through everything before we left we would have been missing half our order. Its been multiple times we have had issues. Im over it."
"I don’t understand this location, $.80 extra cents for extra cheese on a small chilli chz tot ($1.20 normal, $2.00 with xt cheese- the large chilli chz tot it’s $1.90 and you get more product). they never put it on there, Like maybe you’ll get a pinch of cheese and that’s if you’re lucky, stop being stingy with cheese especially if you’re gonna charge a ridiculous amount for it"
"Is it possible to give no stars? The girl with “red” short hair that works the drive thru is beyond rude. The first time I thought maybe a bad day. But after the fifthish time or so, I came to the conclusion that she probably should be in the back, not working with costumers. Awful customer service."
"Food was great! Not so much on the car hop Had 3 adult meals and 2 kids meals In same bag. My wife asked "Is kids meals in here also" Car hop "They should be" and walked away. I had some cash to tip her but kept after that interaction. Food however was on point!"
"Been here 2x, food has been incorrect both times. Food is also cold and oil for frying needs to be changed, tastes old. Also, who serves a sandwich with a whole burnt piece of cheese on it, disgusting!! Servers are rude. Will not return. Get your act together before you close down!"
