"Very disappointing experience. Went through the drive-thru near the end of breakfast. I asked if they had certain items and I was told yes. I waited in line nearly 15 minutes and then got to the window and was told the items were not available. It would be okay if they had just said the items were not available. That was a long wait then to not have food."

"Only gave a 1 star because there is nothing lower. Waited 10 minutes inside, then a person came out did something to the register and left. Said nothing to the many people waiting to place an order. I asked for someone to take some orders several times and the employees basically said they didn't care. I then asked for the person sitting in the office that I see or the manager. I got the same person that came out earlier. I asked if someone was taking orders or is everyone inside being ignored. He said he was not ignoring us he was trying to get someone on the register. So he is not capable as the General Manager of a corporate store to run a register to get the line down or tell one of its other employees to handle the growing line. An employee did step up, apologize and handled the line. Food was very salty and cold when I finally got it. Corporate will get an email."

"We got in line for a long time and customer never moved on so we left. The next time we went again we were told that 3 employees just went on break and it would take another 10 minutes before we could order so we left again. We will not be trying again. Poor management and slow. Employees need more training. The employee that told us that the employees were on break were stupid, someone could have broke into her."

"Really good Wendy’s Location. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. They even went around asking if we wanted refills on our drink while we were sitting down and eating. Definitely a great team behind the counter here"
