"I made a pickup order for 7:05 and when I got there my sandwich was not ready or even in the process of being made. There were 6 other people standing there waiting for their orders and the employees seemed more interested in talking with each other than actually making anyones food. It took them 30 minutes to make my sandwich that was supposed to be ready when I got there. The quality of the sandwich was nowhere near the quality of a normal Firehouse Sub, ingredients were not portioned correctly and way too much sauce."
"Ordered a foot long sub. Girl asked me what I wanted on the steak sub so I told her. Got the order to go. Got home and not one vegetable I asked for on the sub. The worst sub ever and will not go back. Now someone named Anna says this is not the kind of review they hoped for. But they never try to make it right. Done with Firehouse Subs. Do not go here."
"4 employees plus a manager with 4 couples waiting for subs and it took 30 minutes. Way too long to wait for a sub. They were all teenagers just goofing around and worried about closing I came in at 7:55 left at 8:25 they close at 9… nice employees just no sense of urgency to make the orders at all."
"This is the most dysfunctional Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. I placed an order for 6:35 pickup on a Thursday night. I walk in and there are 20+ people in there waiting on their food. There are 4 people working, bread everywhere, and nobody looks like they know what they're doing. I got my food 25 minutes late. They gave me the wrong sub. I ordered a large Italian on white, and received a medium club on wheat (I had multiple subs and didn't realize it until I got home). My sub, which they got correct, was the extremely sloppy. They used like half of the ingredients and I had to "assemble" it again when I got home. I will not be going again."
"The hook and ladder was fresh, piping hot, and very tasty. Probably one of the best I've ever had. It was a little slow on the service. Everyone was friendly though. It was pretty busy."
