"Myself and coworkers are in town for work. First time here. I ordered 8 PC BBQ wings with 2 ranch. Didn't get the ranch but I got charged for it, ordered one pizza with ham and one with sausage might as well have just ordered a cheese pizza. We will not be back."

"Around 8pm last night, I took advantage of their 50% off online deal. We ordered a large Veggie; it came nice and hot and ready to eat; we were so happy to receive it nice and hot too. Well, the lights were out, and we started eating to find out that there were sausages all over our large pizza. We never ever eat pork or meat, but we were so hungry that we did pick off all the sausage. When I called their store here in Macclenny to inform them that some of their employees don't know what goes on a veggie, they apologized but didn't offer a replacement or anything else for that matter. @ the same time, I wasn't going to beg for something either, because probably most of the time that is what they expect. They really need to get it right @ this 6th location, because it is not the first time, they either delivered wrong food or didn't deliver something else that was on an order. Well, today we all have runs, so I hope this didn't spoil your meal too."

"After a long day of driving over 6 hours, working and finally winding down, decided to order pizza for dinner. Quick and Easy. Well After signing the receipt, adding a tip, I open the boxes to what looks like they dropped the pizzas. I really couldn't believe with the TV commercial about take out insurance one the delivery drivers would think it was okay to not make it right. Oh well, I still ate the pizza haha but would have been nice to not to have it show up like this."
