"If I could give this location zero stars I would! Don’t worry about scheduling a pickup time your food won’t be ready. When you get your food. Don’t try to eat it, it’s going to be burnt and rubbery! Absolutely horrible customer service! Will not be back!"
"Hey Pizza Hut make this location a Pizza Hut Classic. Before its to late. I happen to be in Macclenny Fl today to check on flooding after the weekend of rain 12/17/2023. And I happen to see this rainbow. God telling us all that the storm was passing and all would be OK once more. Amen I was able to dine inside this Pizza Hut June 7th 2023 one of the last ones in North Florida? "Nope their is a Pizza Hut in Green Cove Springs that still lets people dine inside." So to the owner of this Pizza Hut remodel the inside dining. But what would it kill to have an area with say six or seven tables. For the Customers like myself that what to eat inside a Pizza Hut. The manager on duty was very nice and a hard worker. Their was another woman also working when I stopped by for a Personal Pan Pizza."
"Pizza was made perfect. The taste was great. Pizza had all toppings a Supreme should have. No missing toppings as had happened in the past. No atmosphere, went through drive through."
"I ordered a SUPER SUPREME pizza and was not satisfied at all about the AMOUNT of toppings that were given . I get more toppings on a 1 item pizza than I do on a super SUPREME pizza. It's ridiculous. If you are paying for it ... you should get it!"
"We went inside and placed an order to go. Was told it would be about 15 minutes. So we decided to sit and wait. After about 30 minutes we had to walk up and ask for our food that was waiting in the warmer. No telling how long we would have waited if we hadn't walked up and asked for it. Food was nasty. One pizza doughy, other one crispy and doughy andcheese sticks so dry you couldn't eat. Will not be back to this location"
