"Very unprofessional and lack of attentiveness. Poor communication, careless energy from staff, and lackadaisical service. They do not pay attention to the details of orders, and when you try to have the issue/order resolved, they throw each other under the bus, point fingers at one another, but no one takes accountability. Also viewed a pizza cutter be dropped on the floor and placed right on the counter near the other pizzas being prepped in the cutting station."

"I had a wonderful experience Sunday with a nice young man that took my payment for my order. Fantastic service!! Today, my volunteer goes to pick up the pizza and was told it wasn't paid. So, I call and explain it was paid yesterday in cash, ONLY to be yelled at by the person on the other end of the phone, telling ME that I can't pay for it ahead of time. ??? What!? I have no idea what your policy is or isn't. I went early and my payment was taken by the EMPLOYEE. In fact they were very friendly, and I left happy. I'm not a Lil' Cesar's employee. Don't yell at me; I am a customer. Ever heard of customer service? They don't care I'm sure but I won't be back. All this from who I can only assume is the manager, from the way she carried on. Shame. So sad that this is the state a lot of businesses are in today. I hope the owner sees this post. There was more conversation that I'm not posting on here. I'd want to know if I owned a business. Dominoes we're coming your way now."
