"Ordered an ice cream birthday cake on Wednesday. Was told I could pick it up on Friday. When I arrived, they had not made the cake. My child traveled 500 miles to be with us on his birthday. We had a 30 year tradition of serving a baskin Robbins ice cream cake on his birthday. I will not return to this store for any products or services. Very disappointed."
