"Taco bell service sucks yes the food is good but the manager just because I ask if they started on my door dash order which they hadn't this manager slapped her hands and me and raised her voice at me so I have stopped door dashing there and I want even go eat there anymore which sucks cause I like taco bell but not enough to get hands slapped at me and being yelled at I wrote to taco bell on the website and they had her call me what the hell taco bell yall need to do better in Thomasville Georgia cause this store suck don't go here unless you want bad service"

"First time trying their new value menu, the beef nachos were really good however very messy in the bag and container as you can see. I asked for mild sauce at the window was given four packs and asked for more and lady at the window said they limited on how many packets they can give mind you ordered two items. She said I can have two additional sauce packets , seriously? Food is good but service can use some help"

"Stopped by just before closing with a team full of hungry kids. (Most places won’t serve us within 15mins of close with a bus). Staff willingly allowed us in and made sure everyone was served. Food was made fresh and staff were very polite. Thanks!!!"

"The inefficiencies of the drive thru time staff make using this taco bell a poor experience from start to finish. Regardless if it's day or night, long waits, incorrect orders, or blatantly rude staff (this has occurred multiple times, with each time being at night). It is extremely disappointing and will be furthering my complaint."

"Have not been able to get food from the thomasville location in over a month. The employees working there are aggressively rude. They openly make fun of customers over the speaker, snap at customers, curse, and degrade. It's despicable and uncalled for behavior. The app made it possible to not have to deal with how rude these employees are but now that the app no longer works, we were forced to use the people that work there. If I could give this location a lower review of 1 star, I would."
