Whataburger

"I purchased a meal this morning and I wasn't pleased with it when I left. I ordered a WC meal with no tomato add bacon and this is what was in my bag. My fry box was so flat til I thought that they may have wasted out into my bag but that wasn't the case."

"Rude employees, soggy hamburger bun so wet I threw it away, food missing and told my husband if he wants honey mustard for the chicken fingers it will be 40 cents. This is not our first bad experience with Whataburger. It will be our last because I refuse to waste my time, money and effort."

"The food is consistently good. Always hot and fresh. Restaurant looks and smells impeccably clean. Service has declined since COVID. Could not get a smile, hello or thank you from the lady who took our order. I will not use a kiosk to order. When it finally comes to that being my only choice, I guess I will stop coming altogether. Never received the condiments we requested. I love the food but simply don't enjoy visiting as much as I used to. I also really miss having grits with my breakfast. I haven't been back for breakfast since that change was made to eliminate grits from the menu. I used to be a 2-3 time per week regular for breakfast, lunch or dinner but rarely visit now. If it were as friendly as it used to be and I could count on grits being part of the breakfast menu, I would return as a very regular customer."

"This restaurant is chaotic and lacking any decent management/ownership/leadership. I’ve uploaded pictures of my food that I wouldn’t feed to a stray animal, let alone my child. Nobody knew what was going on in the drive through so I knew it wasn’t worth asking for a refund. I am certain that it would have taken forever. My raw burger and torn up grilled cheese went straight into the trash. Money down the drain."

"Their biscuits are horrible. I'm a Southerner I know what a good biscuit tastes like. The breakfast bowls are horrible. It's just a bunch of junk piled into a small bowl. The Cobb salad is okay it could use some croutons. The vanilla malt is good. The chocolate malt is a bit too sweet. The brownies are good. Their fries are horrible."
