Chick-fil-A

"I go to chick fil a a lot and I have never experienced what I experienced yesterday on December 27 at 6:07 pm so usually when I go to chick fil a I get a sandwich but today I wanted a four count nugget so I ordered it and payed eleven dollars which weirded me out but when I got to the window Bethany said they don't sale a four count nugget she said everything with a attitude so then she tried to give me a four count strip but I asked what is the next number of nuggets that had and she said a five count so I order that and she said she needed the drink back like. I wanted to steal something but I didn't know that they could get something back after it has been gave to the customer even after I had drank out of it so then she through the drink and food away and said that she had to take the drink away because that a five count nugget was a kids meal so then we got the food and left and we felt like we had to do something about this so we called chick fil a to report her and we asked to speak to a manager and when Nicole/manger got on the phone she had a attitude so we told her what happened and she keep cutting of me when I talked so we asked her what was the corporate number and she to us the number and we called them and they said that those girls would receive a consequence and I don't know if they were made because it was the day after Christmas or was it a act of black hate so I won't be going back to chick fil a in Thomasville Georgia anymore"

"We used to love Chic Fila A but the past 2 times I have been the food has been horrible. The first time I had an issue, the cashier relayed my problem to a manager who was extremely rude and unwilling to fix the problem. It took months for me to return (only because my daughter begged for CFA) and both my children's nuggets were disgusting. I'm not sure if they were spoiled or if the cooking oil was burnt but they had a very odd taste which I discovered when neither would eat them. After the previous experience with the manager I didn't bother going back and instead just threw it all in the garbage."

"I rarely go to Chick-fil-A. My 2 stars are for the tiny tiny chicken nuggets meal I had yesterday. Most were the size of a Nickel, but two were even smaller! I paid $9.30 for the meal. I was very disappointed and felt cheated. Today after work, I went through the drive-thru to pick up my sister's order and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke to the manager. She said, " Did you call?" I said, "no, I was on my way to work and after work I was so tired, I just wanted to get home. (It's a 38 minute drive.) "Well, there's nothing we can do." I thanked her."

"I TRULY LOVE CHICK-FIL-A! I believe they have one of best customer service in the food industry! I travel a lot and I stop in every city and in my years of travel, I had encountered maybe "three " bad experiences, but overall they have my business! This location is one of the best. The dinning, floors, windows, bathroom and service counter are clean. The FOOD it is always on point...GOOD/Yummy! I always stop in the morning or afternoon and every time they provide a SUPERB SERVICE! They greet you with gladness and make you feel good! I LOVE the diversity in this location! To the Manager and staff please keep it up! You guys are doing Outstanding!"
