"My son was one of Dr. Taylor's first patients when she got started. She's been a great doctor for the last 7 years. My youngest who is 3 seen her as well. I was a little disappointed when I just called to make an appointment and learned she had went to another practice. No phone call,no post card nothing to indicate her leaving. I know it's not required,but as a patient for 7 years a heads up would have been nice. Hope she does well we'll be sticking with Childers now."

"New patient; The Check in receptionist was rude and not very informative, she had my daughter and I wait in the wrong waiting area and fill out forms that should have already been in the system she claimed she lost. The triage medical assistant is the only one who welcomed us and apologized. For the miss communication from the check in. Dr.Taylor was alright she did what she does ask questions, listen and feel. The check out receptionist was disrespectful as well no eye contact, no smile, she called my daughter the wrong name, then called her a “HE” after I corrected her, asked if “THEY” wanted a sticker”... first time experience very uncomfortable and I dont think I’ll be taking my beautiful 6 year old babygirl back there..."
