"Whoever was working the Shift on 12/16/2023 at 9PM-10PM, had absolutely horrible service. Joking around while i sat waiting on the food for 1 person for 25 minutes. Along with that i was the only one in line the entire time. Apparently they were out of 10 things and could only take card also. Once i got my food, it wasnt even the correct food i requested and was wrapped horribly, with the food spilling out of the wrapping. Iv been here a lot and its usually a good experience, but this time it was so horrible i'm having to write my first review."

"I was in from out of town and placed my order in the app. After checking in at a stall and seeing the update on the screen, everything stopped at "in the kitchen." About 20 minutes passed before someone came and told us that their computer systems went down, and they can't take orders or make food. It was weird. The people were nice, but when I asked about my completed transaction, the person I assumed was the manager claimed that my money would go back on my card "because the order wasn't complete". As of today, two business days later, that debit is still on my card. Because, according to the app, my order was complete because the store received it, they just didn't deliver it. The lady who first came and spoke to us was sweet and apologetic."
