"1st my pizza was specialty delicious! The down fall was I was waiting at the drive thru for 5+ minutes,while it's quite a few of employees around, to be addressed for my visit. Secondly I asked for Parmesan after I received my pizza's, and the lady so busy to see if I was going to add a tip or give her the signed receipt back, lol guess what? She failed to give me what I asked for and I wasn't going to ask again. Poor customer service, NO TIP PERIOD!"

"I used to enjoy ordering pizza from this location. But somehow or another, the service really seemed to have hit rock bottom. A few weeks ago I placed an order and waited 2 hours and a 1/2 for my pizza only to discover that the driver took my pizza to another location and dropped it off. I never received it. My wife went back-and-forth with someone who claim she was acting as a manager. To only find out later she lied she was just a regular employee. This young lady was very rude and she showed little empathy as to what was taking place with our order. After some time with her and my wife going back and forth that she discovered that the driver had apparently taken our order elsewhere. And he had no clue as to where he took the order. She then claim she had him to return back to the place and clock out and go home because he didnt know what he was doing. "allegedly" her words to me at this point was not trust worthy. It was then and only then did she offer a apology and to return the money back to my card she also offered me a $10 credit? Which to me was a insult after weighting two and half hours for nothing. A few weeks later I decided to place another order with them giving them another try and hoping I had given them enough time to fix what seemingly is broken...WRONG... I discover that was not the case. I gave the guy my order, he claimed they didn't come to my area. I told him that wasn't true I've been ordering pizza from thia place for years, then the guy said he was reading what was on the screen and said that he was new. He then quickly stated that someone would be on their way. He didn't ask how I was going to pay for my order. He then proceeded to tell me to hold on and he slammed the phone down and asked me to hold on a minute he never came back to the phone so I just terminated the call. I can clearly say for me this was it for me I'm done with this place I will never ever again order from them. I feel uncomfortable now with even giving them my credit card over the phone. and even eating any of their food.I'm very disappointed in this place, It's so sad to see this happening because this was one of my favorite spots. I don't know what's going on with this place and to me it has gone down hill. I would not be surprised if I find that this business has closed or gone out of business. I'm sure I'm not the only one that may have complained about this if not something worst. If they don't get a hold of this business situation and fast its doomed to fail. Very piss poor service."

"This location is usually decent bt today the pizza they gave me wasn’t split in half for the toppings like asked, a puddle full of grease in the middle of it and barely anything on the pizza itself. Huge let down feel like i just wasted my money. UPDATE: In response to the manager or whoever is replying, your lil feedback website isn’t going to solve any issues and shows how yall make no real effort to solve anything. You don’t care obviously."
