"For a busy Friday evening Nyla, Lyla and team are doing an amazing job. The ladies at the front were both courteous and pleasant and even offered my daughter packaged cookies upon entry. The drive through line is long but moving. T-Mobile brought us to this location and we’ll continue to visit due to the great service received which is unfortunately hard to come by in this area. Keep it up!!!"
"We visit this restaurant at least once a week and no other Little Ceasars in the area can compare. The manager Andrea has set an atmosphere of excellence that is unmatched. Our food is always hot and fresh and we are made to feel like we as the customer matters. Hats off to Andrea and her amazing staff."
"I know we are here for the hot and ready. But for me i love when i order the Italian Cheesy bread and I get it hot, straight out of the oven. I promise Andrea makes sure I get just that. I NEVER mind waiting because is how I like it and since this is my Sunday after church thing I really appreciate her and her warm smile and personality. She always make my visit at this location wonderful."
"I asked,"What do you have ready?" This child at the drive thru literally told me extra pepperoni or cheese. I said," one of each please." Opened hot and ready oven, looked at me out the window and tore the sticker off and handed me an extra pepperoni that was not only cold, but looked old and had been sitting without heat for who knows how long. Definitely was not fresh. I would guess more than 5hours old. Lord help this new generation because they are lazy and disrespectful. Guess I'll stick to Papa John's....I work hard for the money I make. No respect for customers."
"The pizza was good, as usual…but, Andrea is what made me do this review. I’ve been coming to this location once a week, for awhile. I’ve never had a “bad” customer service experience, but never an exceptional one, either. However, this evening in the drive thru, I was met with a smiling and sweet young lady who was just full of personality! She mentioned she had been at work all day, but you’d never know it from her great attitude and demeanor. She even gave me some cookies for my baby. Excellent experience, thanks to Andrea!"
