"Love this place! came here for my twins 5th birthday! And the host and all the staff was amazing!! the manager spoke to us and made sure everything was going great! 10/10 Would highly recommend ! i just wish you guys had a trampoline or playgrounds like they have in miami."

"Got here at 4:05pm for my granddaughter birthday party that starts at 4pm and the host said she can’t give my granddaughter her card until 5 more kids comes so I asked why she can’t just get her card and she said no. Then said the party is still gonna end at 6pm I said my point exactly so why she can’t play right now?! I asked for the manager name Rodney and he was just as clueless because how u gonna charge us but don’t wanna give the birthday kid her band so she can start playing. Conyers was nothing like this location I’ll never come back here."

"I won’t be coming back at this Chuck e Cheese location. The staff was young and very unprofessional. They talk as if you can’t hear them. No etiquette at all. I came to this location because it was the most convenient. I wanted to create memorable moments with my kid. After showing up an hour before closing however one of their staff had the audacity to talk about us as if we can’t hear them with their coworkers. Completely ruined our mood for this short trip. If you are an extremely busy person and want to treat your kid somewhere nice, this is not the location to go. Highly disappointed in the way the staff treats their customers."

"Ok, First I was really surprised with the food being served due to the atmosphere!! What mean is the Chucky Cheese in Riverdale could use some renovations! It had an old smell and vibe! However, the food was really good, especially the Salad Bar! It was kept really clean, fresh and stayed stocked! The pizza was really good, too but you have to have the chocolate chip cookie cake, it was awesome!! It was a little pricey as we celebrated our son's birthday there without reservations! We had only one other child, his cousin so we felt that it wasn't worth the money but we spent over $150.00! The downside was when we were told that it was ok for us to sit in the party room; however, the Supervisor or Manager kicked us out even though it wasn't crowded in the area!! I felt it wasn't that deep! She might need to go back to Customer Service training! Even though my son was a little bored due to what little games they did have, we all had a pretty good time! The Customer Service extended by the other employees were on point, they were very friendly, patient and helpful! I would recommend for children under 7 years of age!!"
