Pizza Hut

"Ordered a personal pan pizza and they used hand tossed dough,not pan pizza dough. I worked for pizza hut for 2 years and know diffrence. Was suppose to be mushroom and sausage, 3 mushroom stem pieces and 4 pieces of sausage.the pizza itself was only 4 1/4 in width which is not the size of the pan so they aren't even putting enough dough in pan to go wall to wall. Target was the last place I had one made properly and they are no more since covid hit. The pizza utterly disgusting so I didn't even take but one bite ,spit it out and just ate 1 breadstick from my order and breadsticks had no seasoning on them at all. This is not the first time I was disappointed with this restaurants food but thought I would give them another shot at it but at this point I have to pick a new pizza joint."

"The service was fast, and that's unusual. That's the only positive thing that I can say, I ordered a meat lover when I got my pizza that was the sorriest meat lover I ever seen they skimmed off a lot of meat I had to keep looking the pizza n checking my order to see was this what i order or was it a 2 topping pizza I barely had any toppings on it so I said whatever when I got home to eat I had better pizza from a gas station. This has the worst pizza hut pizza I had. I think I had been here before and complained about the pizza, but it's been a while ago, but eating it again brought back memories"

"A week in a half ago I ordered online for In-store pick up my order came an hour after est. ready time and was told I was waiting 5 mins for cheese sticks. The “manager” apologized and said I’ll give a credit of $15; for an over an hour and a half wait? not acceptable. I came back just to give it another try and receive the credit. I used an online deal and paid in store so I can receive the previous credit due to me and he said the promo was my credit how when everyone can receive it. Smh. They were playing in the back, I get it’s kids that work there but still it’s a level of respect and customer service that I believe this location lacks."

"I ordered a pizza online at 7:28pm and it’s 10:28 and I have still yet to receive my order. I called and they have a customer service line not even the store answering. I was on hold for 30 minutes for them to transfer me to the store. Do better Pizza Hut. They didn’t even say they apologize or anything. Just said they remaking the pizza I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t. I will never order from this location again"

"Theeee worst experience ever!!! Parish is the worst manager if that’s her name. They failed to correctly make one of my pizzas in the big box dinner by not placing 2 of my 3 toppings on my pizza that I paid for. They advised they would remake no apology nothing, next person in line. These folks stood over my pizza having a full blown conversation with another manager about what happened. I asked them to remake the other items as well because it was going to be another 25 minutes and they kept opening my box and having conversations. They said they were not going to remake the other items and stated they would give me my money back. By the way it will be 3-5 business days before I get it back. They would not give me a receipt showing the adjustment. What in the world! After going back and forth for minutes, they scribbled order cancelled with a scribbled signature. When I say it took everything in me calm down. I will be contacting their corporate office. You can’t tell me this behavior is acceptable. Do not go here because if they mess something up and talk over your other item and you want your money back good luck."
