Taco Bell

"I arrived at 12:30am on January 24, 2024. I mention this so you can better figure out the name of the employee I had an issue with since I didn't get her name. I assume she was the manager on duty taking drive thru orders.. She was extremely rude. I tried to order nacho fries and She made the snarky comment, "our menu has changed I suggest you look at it again." She didn't say it in a nice manner but in a very condescending disrespectful tone. I decided to leave and as I passed the window she was leaned back on the expo line and stared rudely almost with an intimidating attitude. I have been a regular customer since this location opened and have never been so poorly treated. I noticed that this location has a hard time keeping employees but I hope that there is some sort of disciplinary action taken. I am not doing this to get anything free out of it. So I do not need to be given anything to make up for the poor experience. I'm just making whom ever it concerns aware of this woman's treatment of customers."

"I had a nacho Bell grande extra cheese. There is no extra on it. I went back in to let them know couldn't even get in the lady very rudely can I help u the person I was on the phone with said who's what's her problem you can hear the attitude in her voice. Then proceeds to tell me there is extra on it she made it herself very rudely instead of fixing the issue. Whoever she is does not need to be in customer service very cold rude uninviting. I'd rather drive a few extra miles for a better experience than the one I had tonight. If u don't like ur profession change jobs. Don't take it out on the people that keeps money in your pocket."

"I normally never have issues with this Taco Bell but today I did. I placed an online order with a Mexican pizza, 4 quesadillas, and a chicken chalupa. I got home with my food and my pizza was under the quesadillas and completely smashed. Normally they put the pizza on top of every thing else but not this time."

"Absolutely terrible compared to other taco bells. You would think after being rebuilt they would fix their old issues but no, it's still terrible, food was cold, missing ingredients that was paid extra for, every item was more tortilla than anything and it was all thrown in as a big mess. The taco bell in Emerson is 10000 times better than this trashy branch. Attached pic was suppose to be a grilled cheese double steak burrito with sour cream, the red strips, refried beans and more. This is what I got. Was refused any compensation or remake of food."

"Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot and delicious other times it's cold and yucky. They also are continuously out of certain freeze flavors, which I realize could be a shipping issue, but today only one machine was working so I asked for a regular Baja blast. The color was off and no wonder, it's out of mix! Tasted like soda water :( I tried calling the store to let them know, but no one answered. Food was good and hot, just nothing to drink with it!"
