"Was told over the phone an extraction was $318. After my consultation I was given an estimate more than triple that price. I asked why & Rebecca said “well we don’t know if the Dr is going to use platelets.” Since then, I’ve found the Dr. uses them in almost all cases. How lucrative. On the day of the extraction, I was charged prior to surgery for this unnecessary procedure that was never explained. I take issue with the bait & switch scenario I was placed in. Having to refuse a procedure I did not want & getting refunded. All of which could have been avoided if during the consultation visit it was explained & I could have been given an opportunity to decline. My orthodontic plan includes implants down the line & I’ll go elsewhere for those, since I can’t trust Brunner Bio Heath not to try to rip me off. Everyone was nice though."

"I had all four wisdom teeth removed may be a year ago and I would highly recommend this practice. It did go under go a recent name change used to be called East Cobb Oral Surgery. I am not sure the reason behind the practice name change but hope it did not change the exceptional of service provided. When I had my wisdom teeth removal, I can say without a doubt I was amazed. I had zero complications or pain following my surgery, the staff and surgeon was nice, punctual, & explained the procedure in detail before the surgery. The staff was friendly, kind, genuine, understanding, and by far some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. This is a go to practice if you need wisdom teeth removal done the staff will really take care of you!!!"

"Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Countless visits for things that were done incorrectly, driving over an hour each way. My implant already fell out once shortly after having it put in, and now almost a year later the permanent implant is loose. The root canal extraction was fine enough, but do NOT get your implants done here even if they say they can do it."

"I had wisdom teeth extracted as well as bone graft done this morning. The whole procedure was painless .I was quite anxious initially but the staff helped me with laughing gas to calm me.
