"Great staff! Quick and helped me get patient forms done. Got in the chair, a couple X-rays done, met Dr.Jacob , great guy, went over work needed. Looking forward to next apppointment!"
"We have been going here for about 2 year for regular cleanings. The service has been very good and professional however we had issues with communicating charges and procedure requirements. My wife have always had perfect teeth and we asked for just regular cleaning. On the phone they said a regular cleaning is $90. At the office they said that for the first time here they are required to do x-ray and doctors examination and that it can be waived for the future. However at all subsequent cleaning the doctors examination was still required at a reduced cost and the third cleaning they said they need to do x-ray once a year so the bill was $240 dollars for a cleaning and being told that she has perfect teeth once again. Only after the review were we offered the ability to delay x-ray to 18month. I was also given a different panoramic x-ray that was a separate charge but was not explained what it was at the time. The doctor was very nice and spend a lot of time going over the things I had issues with after the initial review. However that should have been done at the office before the service was done and charged and ideally clearly outlined before making the appointment."
"Dogwood Dental has pleasant and friendly office staff and the dental team provides excellent, thorough dental care. I have been myself for several things and have also taken my kids. We have always had positive experiences when we go! I would highly recommend this practice!"
"I recently had to have a new nightguard made and was so happy they didn’t have to use any goop to take my molds like in years past. A quick scan with a computer wand and I was done with no gagging! Nikki and Dr Jacobs are the best."
"Dogwood Dental is a great place. Everyone cares and I’m always greeted with a warm welcome. My hygienist Morgan always does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The staff is very professional. If you need your teeth cleaned, I would highly recommend going."
