"Dr. Patel and her staff are the best! My initial visit was for the repair of an ill fitting crown that was damaged and in need of replacement. After the exam and the replacement of (3) crowns, my mouth and gums are thankful for the professional and detailed attention received by her. "Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have ever been to—she is knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. I fully trust her work and expertise. I have come here for years now and always leave with a bright smile. However, I had a bad experience with some staff today. From the technician who —still learning how to take X-rays— has exposed me to unnecessary amounts of excess radiation, to the lovely front office manager who told me that my insurance did not cover a single thing (which was untrue), and gave me false information about my insurance in general (said composite fillings aren’t covered (untrue) because insurance doesn’t care about our health). I had to call my insurance for her so she could get the necessary information, which I have never had to do before with previous staff. Another highlight with previous staff was that they would give me in-network referrals, not just hand me a general referral that is not in network. I’m not sure what has happened to this place."
