"Love this practice. Chanel was so very helpful and patient with us. She got us appointments quickly, helped with the MyChart process, and really helped with our not so user friendly insurance. It was a lot as we are a family of 5 with hectic schedules. She discussed their pricing and provided a written estimate for anything not covered by insurance and even the stuff that was so no crazy surprises with an unexpected bill on the way out! AND she did it all with grace I’m soland a beautiful smile! As for the rest of our visits, everyone we met was friendly and kind, taking time to explain the process and what they did and why. They have state of the art equipment some of which I had not seen before. We moved through their process seamlessly making the whole thing quick but not rushed. We saw Dr Houston who I found to be an excellent communicator when explaining her assessments and what needed to be monitored going forward and what needed immediate attention. I found her medical approach refreshing as it was medically centered not sales centered as I have experienced in the larger chain dental practices."
