"I have been going here for 2 years now and although dental work is not my favorite thing, I absolutely love coming here. The front desk staff is arguably the best you can find. They are so nice, so personable, and so welcoming, and so are the hygienists. Dr. Hai is extremely knowledgeable and extremely skilled. She always ensures that everything is painless. I have never once felt like this office was trying to just take my money or get me to get unnecessary work done, like some other offices do. I highly recommend Dr. Hai."

"The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Dr. Hai seems to be very knowledgeable in her work but she just doesn’t operate in the best interest of her patients. I almost let her convince me that I needed veneers. Find a dentist that cares and listens to your wants and needs."

"Before I give my review, I will say it had been 7-8 years since I’ve been to the dentist and I’ve always hated going. Normally, I’ve had traumatic experiences with other dentists that weren’t so gentle. Initially, I found Dr. Ping Hai’s office by asking for their uninsured prices. I want to say it was $360 to get 3 free cleanings and a discount on all procedures for the year. Unfortunately, after paying my father informed me we had insurance and I still have a year to be on it lol. Nevertheless, it didn’t feel like a loss because this office took so much care of me and everyone is so lovely! Andrea is a sweetheart as well as the other front desk employees. They made me feel safe and at home and broke down everything I should know (I’m a college student trying to learn still). I was due to have my wisdom in high school, but the last dentist office lost my papers the day before my procedure.. For my first visit with Dr. Ping Hai I was told I only had 4 cavities and I needed to get my wisdom teeth out as soon as possible. Normally, I would agree and then never go back out of fear, but I was excited to get them removed finally. My dentist that day even hugged me goodbye, which made me so happy. It’s been almost a full week since they were extracted, and I feel great! I was instructed to take Valium and another dose (I forgot the name of the medication) and felt calm and serene the night before and the morning of. Andrea took me to the back and I drank more Valium and fell into a conscious unconscious state of mind. They tied my hair up for me and kept encouraging me that I was doing so good and I think I cried out of joy. It was painless and honestly don’t remember a thing other than Andrea wheeling me out to my boyfriend, telling her to look at our new puppy and telling everyone thank you and that I loved them as best as I could lol. The healing process has been a breeze and I’m now back to work typing this. I look forward to all my future visits with this team and I recommend everyone to come here! Edit: I wanted to add that I’m also thankful that this team doesn’t judge or belittle me into not flossing everyday, or not going to a dentist for so long. I love this office!"

"I’ve had such a hard time finding a dental home In the marrietta area and Dr Pings Office is definitely just that .. HOME! The front desk administrators we very friendly, super nice and really good at communicating with me about aftercare and insurance. I wish I remembered my dental assistants name, but she was great. Also super nice and made me feel very comfortable. and she did a great job on my deep cleaning I feel like I have all new teeth no exaggeration. And Dr. Ping herself was very informative. Super nice and gave me a great deal on the future dental work that I need done. I will definitely be coming back for a follow up visits and future procedures."

"As someone who believe dentistry is legal torture, this office is beyond amazing! From the staff at the front desk, to the hygienist and the doctor! Front desk staff were extremely friendly - family like even. The hygienist was super sweet. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She did a thorough job without making me feel pain. Dr. Hai was awesome too! She told me what I needed to better my dental health and only gave a recommendation for braces after I inquired about them. No forced services or products. This is now my family dentist!"
