"My coffee tasted like dirty water with a little bit of raspberry flavor. I was VERY disappointed. $5 for dirt water, seems extreme."

"Why do yall consistently refuse to put napkins in my take-out bag? If I forget to ask, I dont get any. I order a hand hand breakfast sandwich 2-3 times a week thru the drive thru. Why would you not offer/ include any napkins?"

"Ordered a Large caramel iced coffee with 4 cream and 5 swirl. They made it wrong, and when asked to redo, the cashier had an attitude. Won't be coming back to this location again."

"This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely horrible! Tonight a you man answered the drive thru speaker after I was sitting at the speaker for 3 min saying “hello” - the young man responded with “how can I help you we close in 5 minutes”. I proceeded to ask for a strawberry donut with sprinkles for my 3 year old daughter that just finished ninja tots and did a great job. The young man said “we don’t have any donuts” - long story short he got really rude when I asked why they don’t have ANY donuts and if I could speak to the manager. His response was “TF you want me to do we don’t have any donuts and no manager is here manager is here at 4am”. I’m truly upset and demand that I hear from the owner or manager of this establishment."

"Our DD in Carrollton is not bad. It could be better. DD business model is not fresh like it used to be. The coffee is good. As for this location, service is hit or miss. Some days there’s 12 cars in the drive-thru and orders are wrong. Other days they’re on their game. It may be the workforce issue we’re all facing. We still visit this store occasionally, primarily for the coffee since there is a local donut shop that is freshly made about 1/2 mike away. This is not a negative review."
