"This a the best Subway. Service great they put what I tell them put on my sub as they are preparing it. They go up n beyond to get order correct. I go out my just get Subs here.."

"Idk what's up with new staff. But completely rude uninviting. No customer service skills. Ordered one sandwich yet was told if be charged for a different one that's my more bc I wanted to use a different meat. Usually it's just substituted. Probably will find a different subway to stop by."

"The sub was great, but the attitude the employee gave my coworker was/is disgusting. I called back to ask her name and the name of the shift manager. First and foremost she lied and said that she was the manager, then goes on to tell me that the manager’s name is actually Lisa. Once I told her what the call was in reference to and asked her name, she hung up in my face. Horrible representation of Subway and Pilot as a whole. Regardless of her view, why hang up in my face further making his case that she’s rude and doesn’t want to be there working!? Treat people with respect! If you’re having a bad day and feel your energy may affect others, call out! Like I said, delicious subs nonetheless."
