"Swim Atlanta may be an appropriate place for teens & young adults to train, however, the toddler and small kids classes seem to have been an after-thought. The following are some of the issues: - Parents have no way of watching their children train from the waiting room. Generally, swim academies know that parents want to see their children train, however, there are no windows, cameras, or any way to watch your kids train. - Facilities: the facilities are subpar even for teens and young adults, however, there are certain non negotiable items that are not present for toddlers/children, such as hot water, dedicated dressing areas, sufficient anti - slip surfaces throughout the factility, soap, toilet paper, among others. - The waiting room has exposed electrical wiring which I've seen small children play with, very dangerous and it's also very dirty. - Staff shortage: my calls were never answered after signing up for a trial week. There are simply two instructors and no one in the front office to attend customers. Classes were cancelled due to weather without even so much as a phone call to notify parents. Needless to say there are MUCH better swim academies in the area at a similar price point. I suggest you stay away if looking for toddler lessons."
