"Mike Napier is impossible to get a hold of. We gave him a large deposit to put an inground pool in for us over 8 months ago and we have tried repeatedly to get in touch to get our pool installed. We have since asked for our deposit back since he obviously has taken our money, like so many other families, and not gone through with the work promised. Still haven’t gotten our refund back yet. Do not do business with this company."

"We have contacted a lawyer as Mike Napier and his company has refused to return our deposit. He has civil suits, both current and in the past. We were informed that he is ripping people off. Stay away from this scam artist."

"2 months ago we started trying to contact them to come look at our pool to fix it A month ago they finally came to look at the pool and since then they refuse to return any calls regarding a start date. My mother went and visited them in person at there office since no calls were being returned. They told her they would call her. Ya right. Don't waste your time. Still no idea when they plan on calling her."

"Mike Napier and his staff are not responding to calls and texts. He and I came under a contract for and he received an upfront amount of over $11k back in October 2020 for which he was supposed to start Pool construction Mid January. I would not do business with Precision Pools. Litigation process will start this month."

"They have refused to call my parents back after they have already paid for a liner back in October. They have left at least 3 or 4 messages and have yet to hear back. Hopefully, the owner can read this review and solve the issue."
