"The biggest fault is the attitude of the staff. Owner is rude and the cashiers really need to work on customer service. They’ve got some decent deals but it’s hard to want to go there when you feel like you’re walking on eggshells. It’s close to where I need to go on a daily basis so it’s easy to stop in. I just wish they’d get on their “A Game.”"
"The cashier verbally assaulted me and humiliated me in front of the other customers as she hurled false accusations at me..she had absolutely no respect and was inhumane. I wanted to alert the police but rather swiftly reported it online via an online survey on the Family Dollar website and am waiting to be contacted. I am traumatized now, though"
"How does this place not have a bathroom for customers to use???!!! i will never stop here again. i stopped there hoping to use a restroom facility as well as get snacks and refreshments for my drive. also the cashier could probably do a better job at explaining the bathroom situation more clearly. she said they do not have a public restroom!? so they have one? or only if i purchase an item first? either you have one or you dont. just tell me they only have a bathroom for employees only. or that i have to buy something. -_- i also see there is another complaint on here about the bathroom and the attitude from the staff members."
"Not unlike other Family Dollar does, this location is well stocked, clean, and the staff is friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and quite a few Bargains can be had if you look. Parking areas ample and well-lit. They're open early and stay open until late in the evening so it's convenient for everybody."
