"Unfortunately this store is right around the corner from my house and should be convenient for surrounding neighborhoods, but they are ALWAYS out of everything we need. The refrigerators are always broken and the isles are a mess. The biggest issue though is that the checkout computer always has issues and crashes, making the line wait for up to 30 minutes. I stopped going to this location today, and now I'm going to a newer one 10 minutes further down the road."
"There was merchandise everywhere in the store and for someone that is on a walker as I am, it made it very difficult to maneuver throughout the store. When the cashier was called to the front as she was approaching the register she made the statement "I'm not running up here, y'all don't pay me enough to rush besides it's hot in this store". This was my first time in this location since I just moved near here. Hoping to see a big improvement, very disappointed at the condition of this store. NEEDS SOME SPECIAL ATTENTION AND SOME TLC...NOT TO MENTION SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS (or at least acts like it)."
"This store is always "dirty" I understand the shelves are bare but stuff all in the isles(not cases to be stocked) but just trash. I have been there several times in past week and they r rude. Never any products. I asked cashier if they were closing for good because it was like no one cared about store. I left and went up the street to walmart. Please clean up your act."
"I am continously disappointed in the overall appearance of the inside of this store. I was here on Saturday, July 18th and it was a mess. Attached are photos of the state of the aisles and shelves. I know that it can be better."
"Right down the road from me, less than a minute to Drive about 10 min walking and about 1&1/2 Bike. Another Store with everything I pretty much need. Customer service is very Kind and helpful. I would recommend this Dollar General to anyone."
