"middle of the week, approximately 9:30pm Grocery area is great, fresh veggies & lots of baked goods. Aisles are wide & easy to maneuver, excellent selection at the fresh fish & meats counter. People are friendly & helpful. I was able to get my food & some household items as well! Being brand new to the area it was a welcome find... until I got ready to check out. Then we've got a problem! One man who looked like he could've been mgmt. standing behind a register waved me away saying "Nope all registers are closed, you'll need to use self check out." Well la te dah. Now I've spent an hour shopping & I'm expected to check & bag my own cart full! I DONT WORK FOR WALMART! As I proceeded to scan my groceries the register stopped several times, needing assistance from an employee. (several...more like a dozen times!) The employees were happy to clear the error only to return in a minute to do it again. I am DISABLED & retired from the United States Postal Service (not AL) We would never expect our customers to sort & bundle & move their own mail around! That's what we get paid to do. Don't get me wrong but when Mgmt. refuses to utilize an employee to open a check stand for people who need that service....that's just wrong! Self check out can be a blessing at 6pm, you have 5 items & don't have to wait behind the parent with 3 hungry children and an overflowing cart! Give us the choice, I'm old, I don't Work for Walmart! I shouldn't have to find the barcode & then decide what goes where to get it home! I just need to pay my bill, make my way out to the ♿️ parking & go home. I huge shout out to the fellow & his son who must have sensed my exhaustion, swooped in & had my stuff in the trunk before I could find my car keys!!! Thank you Sir! I will go back, because it's a big beautifully stocked store but I also will demand to be checked out at a register when it's appropriate! ( mister I'm too good to open my register for you! ) I promise to keep you updated on this situation as it changes.. and it will! for I know I'm NOT the only one!"

"Always hs the items most popular for your everyday needs. Great online order services. The self check out is super simple and you tend to always feel positive vibes from the staff never all those random conversations of what's wrong with life but actually more positive speaking and me myself I think that goes a long way with people who overcome the negative nature af the carnal mind sets"

"This particular store is trash. From the store to the management. If you are trying to order groceries from this place, don’t! I have cancelled my Walmart plus and will never shop here again! My grocery order was going to be over 2 hrs late, so I went to pick it up. I could see my order but no one was there and no one else was allowed to enter the department?!? My groceries set out for hours, not refrigerated. 3 hours later I get a call from my driver trying to deliver the groceries. I had them set to deliver at my work. The driver was very sweet and was willing to bring them to my home. Everything refrigerated was spoiled and most the vegetables picked were spoiled. Customer service was not much help. There is no way to contact corporate."
