"The store looks like a tornado went through. There are so many empty spaces it's hard to tell ahat they have because it's all piled on the floor along with trash everywhere. I don't know if they ever have anyone clean/stock/organize and do not recommend going. I felt disgusting just being in there."

"Worst family dollar ive ever been in. Trash and junk everywhere. Fall hazards everywhere. No help from anyone. Waited to be helped at the register and i rang the bell. Family Dollar should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such bad employees."

"Sent a employee to buy cases of water for the store i manage. The change that was supposed to be givin back was 33.57. They told my employee that they didn't have any coin change. They gave him 33.00. Not five minutes later I took a roll of pennies and two quarters and ask for a dollar back and then wanted the .57 back. The manager opened the drawer and there was coin change in it! Why would you short your customers? If you do corporate needs to check if the deposits are over each day. If not the money that they short the customer is going somewhere. They have had the signs up for months now so if you figure a hundred customer get shorted .49 cents a day on average that's 49.00 a day and 1470.00 a month.... just saying"

"I was in the check out line, yesterday, when the cashier would not honor the sign advertised for the customer in front of me. It wasn't just that, it was her behavior. She grabbed the items and literally RAN to the other side of the store, put the clothing back up and removed the sign. She then stated there was not a sign there. She did this in front of several other customers. The customer requested and received corporate contact info."
